The first time I ordered from Rita's I got a larg Vanilla custard and it came in a large red and white cup. Now a large vanilla comes in a plastic cup that looks like half the amount from b4 In addition the price is much higher The flavor is okay but it's not as good as it used to be to be

This Rita's is always the best!!! When you ask for extra rainbow sprinkles THEY GIVE YOU EXTRA!!! Everything tastes amazing as always

They ran out of the flavor that I ordered. And they just replaced it with something else before checking with me. Luckily I was not allergic and I enjoyed the flavor but a heads up or an option would've been nice.

The ice cream is great but this is the second time in a row they've forgotten the waffle bowl in the order which is getting frustrating.
