The carne asada tacos were ok. Not the best I've had but not the worst. A little dry. I asked for salsa and cheese none was included. Rice and beans were really good. I expected the half pint of guacamole to be a bit bigger, i felt it was pretty pricey at $7 for that size and that it was kind of bland. The dulce de leche cheesecake was also not what I expected. It was not a cheesecake, more like a fried churro burrito with Cheecake inside. I also thought it meant caramel but didnt find it to taste like caramel at all. However, it was still good. No complaints about the Pina drink it was really good. Overall 4/5 cant be too mad, it's Elko. I grew up in California so I'm really spoiled on mexican food.

I wanted to reach out about something I’ve noticed with the carne asada the last couple of times I’ve ordered from you. Unfortunately, both times the carne asada has had a very noticeable fishy taste. This most recent time, I had it in both a taco and a burrito, and both had the same fishy flavor.
The only thing I can think of is that maybe the carne asada is being cooked on the same surface as fish, or possibly right after fish is cooked, and some of that flavor is transferring to the beef. I’m not sure if that’s what’s happening, but something definitely seems different.
The last two times, I couldn’t finish the carne asada and ended up throwing it away. I’ll admit, I’m not a big fan of fish, so maybe I’m especially sensitive to that flavor—but when I order carne asada, I really don’t expect my beef to taste like fish.
Roberto’s used to be my favorite place in town, and I really miss the way the carne asada used to taste. I’m not reaching out to complain publicly or asking for free food. I genuinely just hope you guys can look into this and figure out what might be causing it.
I’d really love to be able to enjoy your carne asada fries, tacos, and burritos the way I used to.

Was good , order was accurate this time. Food was good the shrimp burrito need more shrimp was most veggies, rice . The combo plate was good overall needs a bit more seas was kinda bland. But still good when you added sauces. The smother carnitas burrito was perfect.
