Ok so we have got take out from Romeo's for years from the Medina store . No issues at all from the Medina store. The past two times we ordered we were directed to the grafton store and the orders were messed up. Today ,The first delivery attempt they didn't deliver one of our pizzas. Second attempt they delivered the wrong pizza.. if you order food get it from the Medina franchise not grafton store until they get their act together!
