I love Roots! can't decide what you want? DIY a bowl. I've never been disappointed.

Made a Create Your Own Bowl very little protein when compared to the price. Also did not contact me about sauce despite specifically asking for it, so I'm not sure if I did something wrong or they forgot. I am disappointed as I have eaten at another roots location, and was craving the meal.

I paid for extra chicken and didn't receive extra chicken. There was roughly 10 pieces
I have ordered extra chicken before so I can easily tell I did not get the correct portion
