It's hard to keep tacos crispy when doing take out but Rosas did a pretty good job. We enjoyed the #2 CRISPY BEEF TACO PLATE and I threw the 4 SOPAPILLAS in Airfryer to crips them up. We will order again. Portion size is always good.

The three amigos enchilada plate was not appealing . I've eaten several times at Rosa's most of the time it's fresh but this order upon delivery was not. The black beans were dried out a if they were very dried no liquid at all. The beef enchiladas were not rolled just falling apart. The tortillas provided were hard around the edges

The #20 TACO SALAD was not tasty at all. The lettuce was mushy,which made the whole thing mushy. Not up to their usual standards.
