the Principessa is as close to perfection as one can get. it was fresh, high-quality ingredients, a large portion, and I'd definitely order again. Bolo & egg is top notch especially when you substitute fried eggs. Hot half is a must-get, perfectly hot and sweet enough, not overly sweet.

The Latte was unfortunately very disappointing. Very watery consistency. Not enjoyable. The sandwich was great, so kudos for that.
