the fries, tasted old and was hard. very horrible. either somebody didn't want to cook fresh or they was lazy. I was disappointed and I'm a frequent buyer of there food. fries were disgusting.

This vendor's service has declined significantly over time. Orders are frequently incomplete, raising the question of whether this is deliberate. For example, if I order three items, I typically receive only one or two. Similarly, with larger orders, such as five items, I might receive only three. There's no communication regarding items being out of stock or unavailable.

Specific items are particularly problematic. When ordering Big Bite hot dogs, it's common to receive mismatched or missing components—such as buns being omitted or replaced with an inedible sausage. Soda items are almost never included, which further detracts from the overall experience.

The lack of consistency and transparency makes this vendor increasingly unreliable.

First time ordering from royal Farm. The chicken was too salty for my taste. The mashed potato was dry so I'm not sure if there should be gravy with it.... I ordered for a coleslaw what arrived was a pasta salad.

The chicken didn't have much crunch and was a little over cooked and the fries didn't have any coating on them at all

Chicken was hard and dry, like it had been sitting in a warmer all day. The mac and cheese had a burnt ring around the edge like it had been microwaved.
