WOW this was yummy!!! Chicken Wings - 6 pcs were massive, cooked perfectly. Mushroom Ramen Carbonara is a big portion and well worth it. Soy Maple Brussels Sprouts were completely gone before I could even take a pic because they were so good. 
I'm in Calgary for work super often and after this meal, they have now become one of my go- to's!!!

The Truffle Bulgogi Burger was super flavourful and tender. It didn't have the crispiness of a usual smash burger but was insanely tender from the Bulgogi marinade with the perfect amount of mushrooms and green onions to contrast the textures. The portion was on the smaller side but it's listed as a small plate. Think more of a fine dining take on a burger at an affordable price. Everything in it was very fresh. I'd definitely order again. 

The Kimchi 250ML was great as always. Roy doesn't miss.

I didn't get pictures of the food because it was just that good. The brussel sprouts were absolutely delicious with their sweet and that charred from the grill taste. The Japchae Bap was a decent portion size! A lot of places these days don't fill the container but here does. I would definitely order again!

The Truffle Nori Tots, Mozzarella Kimchi Fried Rice and Soy Maple Brussels Sprouts are some of the best things Ive eaten in a long time. Each one is just out of the ball park. The Truffle Nori Tots is hands down the abso best though. Sooo delicious.

So disappointing - had the short rib dinner. The rice was dried out like it had been microwaved, the kimchi was missing, and the salad was a soggy mess with bashed up, soggy spring mix and cucumbers. I am a big fan of Roy's food and other projects and had higher expectations - really sorry to say that Koryo in the mall food court is better than this was.
