I tried ruby's for the first time and let's just say I'm addicted! I got the 1. Doblados de Birria and a shrimp quesadilla and oh my goodness it was sooooo good! she gives you big portions and lots of meat and cheese and her prices are great! the Arroz / Rice was so good and everything is so authentic!! And the broth on the side just tops it off! every thing here is amazing!!

Alright bro. Buckle in. Firstly, the Maria Sampler was an absolute 11/10, definitely needed more chips, but I got it like that so it's okay. Second, both 8. Quesadillas we got were delectable, for sure would be better fresh but like duh?? Absolute 10/10 will eat time and time again.

We love ruby's! everything always arrives perfectly! Horchata / Rice Drink is so good and the Doblados Box is enough food to feed 4-6 people! amazing food and great service!
