The reason I buy Runza is due to their consistency. The hamburger and fries I ordered were horrible. The bun was smashed and hard. The fries were old and oversalted. I ordered the meal at 6 and expected it to be fresh.

The fries were old. The bacon cheeseburger was smushed. I do love runza but it seems like everytime I get it from DoorDash they seem not to care as much. The buffalo chicken wrap wasn't even hot and the buffalo sauce was only in the middle. Didn't even look like the picture.
