Swiss Mushroom Runza® Sandwich Combo Meal... so delicious! Choosing to order ahead and pick up was not a great experience. I was lectured to by an employee that in the future, I need to come in and pick up my order at their pre-order kiosk. Sort of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead to save time.

Sent 2 mayos rather than French onion dip, but all was good, not great but good. Hamburger very small and overcooked a bit.

The Ruzna was the first I had in 15 years. I did not finish it. I expected something as good as a B & G or Made Rite loose meat sandwich. It was disappointing. I get better versions from the Ukrainian restaurant. It named is Chakan... something. I expected more meat and onions. The bread was ok but seemed odd compared to how my grandmother made it. If they had a double meat option with more cooked onions with the meat I would try it again. I do understand that the cost of labor to make these are high and the price is fair. It is a good value just did not find it flavorful. I feel bad for not giving a better review. Why do they not serve loose meat burgers if they make the same meat filling for a Runza? It seems like a simple idea?

usually good but a disappointment thus time. cold, soggy, unsalted fries. Condiments were so thick on the burger that's all we could taste

the burger was just OK. the onion rings mid but it seemed like the fries were cooked in old oil!
