The Nutella was hard and it became uncomfortable to eat, and the granola was very chewy. Not the crunchy way that it's supposed to be the granola's that I got on the side were open and broke everywhere inside my bag and I keep having a bad time with DoorDash. I am at returning customer to DoorDash and I would absolutely order from you guys again, but I'm upset because this is not the first time.
