I love Russ's but can hardly afford it now. I'm usually never awake in time for breakfast but I am today and I decided to splurge a bit. The French Toast & Fruit were amazing. The potatoes were overcooked and so dry, I could only eat 2 bites. After the disappointing potatoes I moved on to the Peanut Butter Pie Slice which was 1) much smaller than any of the previous slices I've gotten here in the past 15+ years, 2) over $7 which is obnoxious but I splurged on because I'm sick, and 3) missing all the nuts and whipped cream that's usually on top. I'm extremely disappointed I wasted my money and irritated at the lack of quality control, but I guess it just reaffirms why I never order here anymore. Do better.

I love Russ' lunch and dinner I've been going my whole life but the breakfast was rather disappointing. #4 Meatlovers was a joke...eggs were scrambled soft and slimy when I selected scrambled. Didn't even look like 2 eggs. Not great for the price at all. I would have been better off going to new beginnings. The Loaded Hashbrowns... were $7.80 and there are barely any hash browns. The 1/2 Biscuits & Gravy were good but that's pretty hard to mess up.

Disappointing tonight. I have always loved food from here but I won't order delivery again.
Ordered 2 burgers requested med rare received 2 burnt burgers. The regular garnishes on both burgers were minimal at best.
Ordered dessert that was incorrect.
For what I spent tonight I could have taken my son for Red Lobster!

The burger was good but there was way too much mayonnaise on it which made it very hard to pick it up. I have ALS, and I already have a hard time picking up anything. The onion rings were delicious as usual!
