• 23-03-12I didn't very much care for the change with the pabellón. but this place never fails! the food is so delicious. and always so fresh and steaming when it gets to me! I love this place. I always want more of the salad.

• 26-05-28A Cuban sandwich is my favorite! I lived in Tampa (sandwich city of orgin) for 10 years and my quest was finding the BEST Cubano. Sabor Caribe is definitely in my top five! I will definitely order again.

• 26-07-28The food was old, rice was cold and hard. The corn meal rings were burnt. This food tasted old and dry- NEVER AGAIN. I'll stick to making my own Latin food this is a waste of money. I can tell by previous reviews people in Memphis have no clue what real Latin food is supposed to taste like. 0/10

• 25-10-03I have never been disappointed in Sabor Caribe...until today. Sadly the Bomba-B Burger (Venezuelan Style) was sub par today. Usually its fresh and generous with the pulled pork. Today it was skimpy on the pork, the burger patty was dried out like it had been sittingaround a while. Then the fries on the side were not the typical shoesthing fries that they put on the burger, rather they were fat soggy limp fries. The Fried Sweet Plantain was cold and tasteless. I dont know what happened, but usually they come through with unbeatable taste and freshness. I paid for extra ketchup too and got none at all.

• 24-02-28The Parrot was great, for something such simple ingredients. Sauce add a little spark and heat. Real good.
