Shanghai Meal Combo was hot and fresh. Noon is a good time to order from this deli. each time I've ordered after 2pm the food seemed stale, meat becomes harder to chew. noodles become mushy/gritty. Consider ordering before 2pm for best odds of "fresh" food.

I ordered 2 pieces of Fried chicken it was extremely overly cooked that I could barely bite it. It was tough as heck.The spring rolls were very greasy and also overcooked and hard to bite . the chow mein was cold and stale tasting like it sat all day . my over all meal was TERRIBLE. I won't be ordering from Safeway deli again . I'll stick with KFC or Albertsons chicken .
