There were only 8 tulips (instead of ten) and were both much smaller than I imagined and some were blooming/bloomed on arrival. They were also the incorrect color. (I called the floral department a day in advance to specify/verify)
That being said..$15 for flowers delivered on Mother's Day is an EXCELLENT bargain.
(The receipt is attached to the bouquet so if you are gifting to an other's address you may want to request that the receipt not be included and cross your fingers)

I paid $17 for a balloon bouqet and they only sent one small balloon!!!
