Hi, I have ordered 3 agar milk tea added pearl but no pearl for all 3 drinks. been paid extra $3 for it and it happens multiple times.

Change in owners has resulted in different taste. Not as good as it used to be. Flavour of the tea itself is not distinct, just bland and sweet water.

The mixed agar milk tea was sour. tasted like old milk.

Seems smaller than you buy directly from the shop, and did put down the note that change Pearl to agar which doesn't happen.
Overall it's good, a little bit disappointed though
