I got all my nutrients from vegan foods of each kind I was able to put together. For that highly recommended for vegans.

The schnitzel was so thinly cut it was as thin as the carrots. Didn't look like the image of the succulent thick chicken schnitzel. Might try the other salads but wouldn't reorder the humpday schnitty. Even if it's Wednesday.
