When eating out, I rarely get portions that fill me up. Salata consistently give large portions and I rarely am able to eat all of it! I always get the salad and customize it. Salata is GREAT

The Southwest Salad it self was good... not enough dressing in my opinion and the piece of Salmon i added for $7 was very small and cold... never had cold protein added to a salad unless I requested it... the Lemon Blueberry Cookie was ok... not very many blueberries so the lemon to blueberry ratio was way off, but the cookie was very lemony. Overall I think they did their best and it just wasn't good enough for me.

My salad consists of spinach, almonds, walnuts, cucumber, chickpeas, black olives, strawberries, egg, red onion, and mixed seafood "crabmeat, shrimp, salmon. I added avocado with Balsamic vinaigrette. I will definitely order this again. For that price, you get a good amount for your money.

The Chicken Tortilla Soup was great, it has the perfect kick to it , however the Caesar Wrap was gross. It has so much dressing on it, that it was dripping and the shell/ wrap ripped. The entire thing was mainly just chicken. Some people may like that but I prefer the ratio to be more like a salad in wrap form. In the first three bites I took before I let fell apart I did not get once piece of lettuce just chicken cheese and a gross amount of dressing. I will never order this wrap again.

This salata gave me old expired mushrooms and rubbery shrimp that is not their usually quality. Tgis salad was not fresh in any way. $30 for this meal (tips & etc. included) it was no worth my money at all.
