Will definitely order again. The Super Crispy Tacos were very filling, have a great taste, not greasy. The Charro Beans were smoky with slight heat and delicious.  The Chicken Chipotle burrito was huge!  Huge portion of chicken but it could have used something more like pico and/or lettuce in my opinion.

So delicious. I need to remember to remind them to include the consume because I suspect that would make it even better but they are my new favorite Mexican restaurant. Sorry El Molinito, you've been dethroned.

Salsa Verde continues to be my favorite Mexican restaurant on the East Side. I have my daughter, son-in-law, and three small grandchildren here for Easter. After a couple of days, you get tired of going out to eat and/or cooking at home. That's when Salsa Verde comes to the rescue. We ordered in last night and, just like magic, whiny, cranky children were transformed into quiet, well-behaved people, quietly munching away on their kids Chicken Soft Tacos and Grilled Chicken quesadilas. I had the Enchilada Sonora Style, which was wonderful (moist, pulled chicken with salsa verde) with creamy Refried Beans and puffy Rice. Everyone plowed through several orders of Guacamole and Corn Chips. Our dinners were delivered fast, piping hot, and disappeared equally quickly. It just doesn't get any better than this. Thank you!

The Ground Beef Machetes are my absolute fav! Simple yet still very flavorful. For those that do not know (like me when I first moved to town), a Machete is basically a quesadilla only instead of a flour tortilla it's a soft corn tortilla (slightly thicker than flour tortilla). I have to say, we've never had a bad meal from Salsa Verde! They do a great job with speed of service and order accuracy as well which we greatly appreciate.

The steak-stuffed baked potato (otherwise known as THE BOMB) is a full meal stuffed into an extra-large baked potato. You order it, you slice it up (no cheating and nibbling on the steak when slicing), you add your choice of red or green salsa (I go with green salsa and add some jalapeño sauce as well), mix it all up and stuff your face. Then you loudly say, "That is THE BOMB!"
