This was the best authentic restaurant I have ever tasted. it was so good. The mackerel Spanish Mackerel Stew（鲅鱼锅） was soooo delicious and all the skewers were also delicious. everything was good. I don't think I would order the Roast Corn 2ps (碳烤苞米串） again that was not what I expected. I give it two thumbs up. will be ordering again soon.

Si Chuan Lo Mein With Beef (四川牛肉捞面) was delicious and a good portion but could use some more veggies. Black Pepper Beef Skewers 2pc (碳烤黑胡椒瓦沟牛肉2串）were super tasty and tender. Egg Roll beef 2pc（牛肉蛋卷2个 were just okay. Pork Sausage （碳火烤肠) was good but the Chinese Mustard was missing. This is my third order from the Savage BBQ Grill, and I would order again. I do need to find a dish that has some more veggies for balance.

Spicy Chicken And Potatoes Stir-Fry (干锅鸡） had good flavours but the chicken pieces were knuckles with very little meat. Deep-Fried Pork Ribs Topped With Crispy Garlic (避风塘排骨）had a sugary sweet breading with no garlic flavour. We didn't care for it. Fried Chicken Legs 2ps（炸鸡腿）were overcooked and the meat was dry. If I paid $5 for 1 Beef Skewers 2pc (碳烤牛肉串2个） , I would be very upset, as there's barely any meat, and what little there is tastes nasty: it's like mystery meat that my cat batted around like a toy rather than eat it. I didn't finish it, either. The Shrimp Chow Mein （虾仁炒面） had only 4 cocktail-sized shrimp, very few veggies but lots of wormy noodles that weren't at all tasty. Most of my meal ended up in the trash. First and last time ordering from this place!

Everything was excellent, very well prepared, tasted fresh and flavourful! But depending on the day or who's cooking, the dishes are either "good" or "extraordinary". Today the Green Beans were out of this world, beautifully cooked with the sauce clinging perfectly to the blistered beans. On another day, it was still good, but just not as good.
