• 25-08-26Thh Chicken Thigh Plate was delicious. I ordered mine with turnip greens and mac n cheese.The portions were more than enough to fill you up and make you sleepy.the turnips melts in your mouth, and the macn cheese had just the righturnip cheesiness. I ordered lunch, so everything was hot and fresh. This is my new favorite spot in Birmingham. Would I order this again? Yes. This is my new spot

• 25-05-17We came for the 5 Smoked Chicken Thighs but the sides got every slot on our dance card. the Brussel Sprouts were number one. the caramelization and that sauce - omg. we poured the extra sauce on the Turnip Greens. the macaroni tastes like Ms Sadie is back there in the kitchen. the Onion Rings were so light and crispy as always. so good i called the store to tell them. 12/10

• 26-06-25Chicken was anorexic and the skin was rubbery. The brisket portion was way too small for the price, didn't include a red bbq sauce. However there was white sauce drizzled all over the brisket. Never seen that before, kind of sacrilege IMO. I just wish the description would have said that so I could have ordered it wihout.
With that said, the macaroni and the fried pickles were on point.
I'm saving the salad for tomorrow's lunch. It looked decent, but I don't know yet how good it will be. It probably won't justify a $26 price.

• 25-05-10Been having Saw's withdrawl due to a recent surgery keeping me on "softer" dinner choices. But since I'm well on my road to recovery I needed some comfort food pronto!
The Saw's Turkey Plate is super yummy - lightly spicy but full of flavor. and you'll notice in the pic that double barrell Mac n Cheese - which I would be getting if I wasn't still on "softies" because it's the best MnC in town.
And on top of the great food is great service. I can't remember having a selection issue when Door Dashing and the folks there are super nice if you'd rather drop by.
Choose your plan of immersion into the culinary delights of Saw's BBQ and lean all the way into it for best results!

• 25-07-14If you're trying to occasionally at least LOOK like you're eating something healthy, you could do LOT worse than the Saw'sHouse Salad! The greens are always really fresh and their ranch dressing option is super yummy-town! order it with Saw's Macaroni and Cheese and extra yummy Cornbread if you want to experience what my Monday night was like. Thanks Saw's - you guys STILL rock!
