A few notes: your menu on Door dash is complicated/confusing now- not sure what happened. Nothing came with my husband's omelette. The side bacon was forgotten. The extra side of fruit that we ended up paying for came in huge slices and melon wasn't ripe. There used to be free side options (toast,fruit, pancakes) with a breakfast meal. The BLT benedict used to be great. The bread wasn't toasted this time and you used to have amazing breakfast fries, the ones received were crap. The bag was open, not secured shut. This was enough to not want to order from you again.
