Ordered from this location multiple times. First order cake slice was extremely dry. I gave them a second chance as it may have been a one off. Nope, again cake slice was extremely dry. If you are going to give your oldest slice of cake at least offer a discount or disclaimer for lack of quality being offered. Brewed coffee also tasted burned. My last order an item was missing. 3rd time was not a charm. Goal should be to retain online business not scare it away with poor quality items and service.

They thought it was acceptable to send a breakfast sandwich totally burnt and inedible Disappointing. Unprofessional.
