• 25-03-17Cheeseburger was middling at best, and the patties had lots of weird fatty chunks in them. Was only given one side of sauce when I ordered two.
Hot dog was not worth the money either. Bland and with very tough meat.

• 23-08-18They only filled a quarter of the sauce container with the cheese sauce for the fries. Definitely not worth what they charge. The cheeseburger meat was dry. Not worth what they charge for a simple cheeseburger

• 25-10-07Onion Rings and Vanilla Shake were delicious. I ordered the ShackBurger well done, which should be easy as it's a smashburger, and it came out a little weird. I probably will not specify well done in the future as I never had an issue with temperature when ordering in person- I guess well done here means sort of charred and extra smashed.

• 25-04-09The shakes/malts are outstanding. Usually the food is not as hot as I would like so I have to warm it up but I know the delivery comes a long way. The food is very good but it is very expensive. The dasher followed orders and rang the door bell as instructed. I would rate this restaurant five stars but taking off one star for the high cost of the food to be delivered. I don't live near this restaurant or I would pick it up in person.

• 25-06-06Worst cheeseburger I have ever had from a Shake Shack, very bland and dry, barely any sauce, and almost no flavor. Do they forget to season the burgers here? And they forgot my order of fries. When someone orders only four items, how do you forget one of them? Hot dog was ok, not bad not great. Gave two stars because the cookies and cream shake was still good.
