The ShackBurger was delicious, fresh. tasted real. Tomatoes, lettce, sauce, and cheese sealed the deal. Fries needed a little more seasoning but I still enjoyed them. All combined with a cookies and Cookies and Cream Shake ?That was delicious.
Portion was great for me as a small woman but you may want a double if you can eat a lot of food. Would order 10 times over!

everything else was great as always, but the fries have too much season salt and its unevenly applied. You can not request "light" as there is not an option to "substitute" As they are very expensive, it feels like it should be more balanced. I would not leave this comment based soley on my prefereces, but this was the opinion of several people.

the flavor was pretty good but the portions are very small for how much it costs and it's on the more expensive side. not a good value for dinner in my opinion but maybe for lunch or just a little snack. I probably wouldn't order again just because of the portion sizes.
