Mushroom on French Onion Shack Stack was burnt. Did not receive sauce with Parmesan Garlic Fries. By far the most expensive and dissatisfying experience I've had at shake shack. Won't return to this location.

The avocado was not fresh, severely discolored (blackish). The burger was ok. I couldn't add tomatoes & condiments because there was no place for added ingredients. The fries were old & hard. It was easy to tell the fries had been sitting a while before I ordered them. The shake is good, the lemonade is also good. The chicken bites were great & still hot. I paid almost forty dollars before taxes & fees : This food is too expensive to be subpar.

It was okay at best. Both items were not sealed in anything so fairly room temp by the time I got my delivery . Fries were dumped out in bottom of bag and burger was in partially wrapped in paper instead of the typical clamshell paper box.
Never received anything this poor from shakeshack so hoping it's just a slip up.

Everyone item was cold and not fresh. The nuggets were so old that they were hard. The sandwich tasted like old oil. The fries were okay but it would have been better if they werefresh not to mention, its annoying that they dont put adequate sauce in the extra sauces that we're charged for. Im not ordering from here again . g
