• 26-08-15ShackBurger Terrible presentation of a burger! i had this burger delivered to me last night Friday and it came with half a bun? and the burger was so burnt tasting and way too salty i couldn't eat it.. People forget that us valued Customers are paying to have quality food .. The Manager needs to talk to the Cooks that work on Friday night making the burgers please ..I don't want others to get a terrible burger like this..Fries The fries were good very crispy but needed more spice and the portion size was very little amount for $6 .. Chicken Shack The presentation of the Chicken Shack burger was the BEST! But the chicken itself was tough and lacked flavor wasnt juicy and tender chicken, Burger King and Popeyes chicken sandwich is way more tender and juicy.. If you order from this restaurant my advice would be to order in the early afternoon, Not the evening the cooks in the eveing don't make the burgers right..

• 24-11-15The burgers are top tier taste and texture wise, im a picky burger critic but the Black Truffle Burger is a solid 9/10. You can't get a better tasting burger at any fast food joint, I was not expecting it to be that tasty. My only complaint is that the burger is on the smaller size, despite that it hit the spot! The crinkle fries are slightly better than average, and the shakes are good. Don't usually recommend places but I definitely recommend this Shake Shack!

• 25-09-19Everything was delicious. Burger was cooked perfectly & the flavor was phenomenal. The bun was so soft & fresh. Fries were great, salted just right. Lemonade was great as well!!! Portion size is as just right, I was satisfied but not too full. Will definitely order again!

• 25-02-20Grilled Cheese is generally good. Today was a bit off, wasn't grilled enough. Fries are always perfection.Shack-made Lemonade was a big disappointment. It was lightly lemon flavored water. It lacked tartness and sweetness. Was an overpriced flop.

• 24-01-05Food tastes good from here, but it's NEVER worth the price. The 10pc Chicken Bites amounted to a total of 8 and a bunch of breading, while Shake Shack needs to invest in better quality buns for what they charge. The buns here are on the dollar menu at McDonalds.
