• 22-06-03I purchased the bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. The burger was good and juicy. Onion rings were good however I ordered a large and was given a small. I'm picky about what's on my burger add this, remove that, extra this and that and my burger was prepared just as I ordered. Diet Coke was fresh fresh fresh. The only negative is there's no where to request condiments so no ketchup was included. Also had a drink a didn't get a straw. Not enough reason to. Or give 5 stars though. I highly recommend this location.

• 25-11-29I would like to start by saying the food tasted "okay"... what I mean by that is that there was no "sauce" on the three different flavored burgers we ordered... no ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc., but also no place on the site to ask for it. The fries and burgers themselves were SMALL, like two bites bigger than a slider small... the size of a regular McDonalds hamburger. For the price, $12-$19, for each burger, in our case, that's ridiculous. The fries, individually, were nice-sized, but you don't get very many, so again, portion-to-price is out of line. We would have had better portions-to-price value at our hotel, but we were "hotel food fatigued" and wanted to try something else. That's on us.

• 23-02-17One of my favorites! Bacon double cheesburger was so good I ordered it again the next evening! The shakes are worthy of this companies first name! Will enjoy this in any city where it is available!

• 23-02-12The food is mediocre at best. The burgers are so dry it was hard to even swallow a bite without choking. The cheese fries and cheese sauce was gross! It was a gelatinous glob that was like glue! This food was horrid! We've had shake shack in Washington DC and Nashville, TN, and this one in Orlando was the absolute worse!

• 22-09-16I paid $13 for 10 tiny tiny little chicken bites and it didn't come with a side or a drink for my daughter. Expensive and not worth it.
