• 26-02-06The ShackBurger was overrated. The portion is reasonable, the price is OK compared to the gourmet burger places. Bread is soft and fresh, the burger is salted and that's about it. The taste was nothing special. I would cross-shop this with Whataburger and P. Terrys.
The Chicken Bites™ were salty and tender. Breading wasn't particularly crispy, so it was underwhelming. All I remember was the taste of salt.

• 26-04-22The milkshake was more of a thick foam, the taste was like watered down custard. It was unpleasant. The K-Shack Spicy BBQ Cheese Fries were great for the first 5 fries. Very little cheese present. The ShackBurger was great, maybe a little smaller than what you'd expect for a double though

• 26-05-15The hamburger was okay, but tasted a little stale. The fries were horrible. most of them were not cooked all the way through and they also tasted stale. This is not typical of Shake Shack so I was very disappointed.

• 24-04-12The ShackBurger It was bland and cold not seasoned- uneventful- first and last time the Sun set Lemonade didn't even have flavor and it was 90% ice. Waste of money

• 25-02-09Always best fresh and in person, but the Fries were excellent and arrived hot and crisp, and the ShackBurger never lets us down. Cookies and Cream Shake never disappoints --- although it's way better fresh when you can eat it with a spoon!
