• 26-04-12So tasty! That sourdough Grilled Cheese was just the right size and made fresh. I'm looking forward to ordering another soon. Thank you for a tasty grilled cheese and the fries and Chocolate Shake were on point as well.

• 24-10-27All I heard was that these burgers were top line top quality better than any other burgers and worth every penny. That's a lie... for me anyway. This burger is dry and tasteless. They said, do you want it well done? I did not select it, but this burger is overwell done, . DRY and falling apart . The bun is wet. The frozen custard arrived unfrozen. Also, the little 2 scoops I got didn't even halfway fill the little container. crazy. 11 Dollars for a burger and you expect it to taste good. I put onion salt pepper. It still doesn't taste like much.

• 26-05-25BBQ Boneless Baby Back Rib Sandwich had 1% the cole slaw it should have.i thought therewas zero cole slaw until I saw a few pieces of cabbage.
ShackBurger the bun was stale and hard<<taggedItemId=31195001982>>.
Onion Ring<</taggedItemId>> very small portion. more air in the box than rings.
the bag of food was in messy disarray, like the items were thrown in the bag with anger.

• 23-08-04food was amazing as always, but what really got me was the thank you note & candy they packed in with my order!! I've never received a thank you note from any other restaurant & it really is so thoughtful. it came in a cute little hallmark envelope & was even signed by an owner/manager/workers (not sure since it said "Katrina & Family") and inside the envelope along with the card was a handful of candy!!! seriously so thoughtful & sweet! 😊
