They consistently misread my order on the Mango Ice Blended with Ice Cream including bubba. We order one wih bubba and one without, on separate lines, with the corresponding price ( Including the extra charge for the bubba). They readily charge the extra for the bubba, but do not include it with the drink . Simple inattention to the details of the order is going to cause me to stop ordering from them and find an alternate vendor. It is a shame because their teas taste good otherwise. This is the second time we have reported this but at least the fourth or fifth time this has happened over the last 6 months.

I loved the chocolate drink, milktea, and even the strawberry drink of this store! Their portion is just right, and they are all tasty and well packaged. I also liked the fact that you can taper your dugar amt to as low as 30%, and you can tell their ingredients are fresh. Will definitely keep coming back to order and try their other drinks. :)

This drink has a lot of toppings and they fill my cup to the top with milk tea which is generous! The tea and toppings tasted good!

We go here often and usually the drinks are great, but this time the drinks tasted watered down. I got a coffee blended milk tea and it tasted like regular black tea. We were too far away to request an new order.
