it was flatter than I expected. also it was missing some items like lettuce and tomatoes that were requested. I also included special instructions to make one of them like the original but that was overlooked. when I tried to order the buy one get one for $9.99, it stopped allowing me to, order it, then chaged the location and made it $14.99. in store, the wrap is $9.99, so its not a buy one get 1 free. plus the wraps only ended up having chicken and parsley and onions.
flavour was good but was left feeling ripped off... missing items and increase in price.

Well made and tasted good but had almost no meat in the wraps. Very disappointing especially considering price paid.

“Just look at the difference between what is shown in the app and what I actually received. I ordered the sandwich shown in the picture, but this is what was delivered to me. I ordered through the app because I don’t have a car. When I called the restaurant about the incorrect order, the employee told me to come to the restaurant and bring the sandwich back. That makes no sense if I could easily come to the restaurant, I wouldn’t have ordered delivery in the first place. On top of that, the employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. This was a very disappointing experience.”

This was a run down version of the shawarma quality that we have been accustomed to getting from Royal Shawarma.
