Incredible food as always. The gyoza is perfect even after steaming in the container during delivery. Best miso ramen I have had outside of San Francisco. The broth with chilies is out of this world!

The spicy tonkotsu Ramen was 10/10 spice level. Just to forewarn. I lived in Japan for 3 years and no ramen ever was as spicy as this bowl. I couldn't physically finish it. Flavor was amazing just wish it had less spice.

Chasu Don is so tender and delicious, lots of pork! Japanese Crispy Chicken was fried perfectly. Gyoza was fully loaded and tasty.

Delicious Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. I love that the spice is not added to the broth. It allows me to choose how much I want to add. Pork belly is perfectly grilled or smoked I'm not sure but it's fantastic. Broth is very savory. I enjoy it on its own.

I love this place. Tonkotsu ramen is amazing and the pork belly buns are fantastic. The only issue I have is sometimes the eggs or the pork belly are a little overcooked, but I feel this is typical for delivered food (especially delicately cooked eggs and pork belly) as it sits a little longer. Still giving 4 stars because when I actually dine in the restaurant, both of those things are perfect.
The biggest problem I have, and why I will not give 5 stars is I have ordered from here MANY times and the amount of broth given is usually inconsistent. Sometimes they only give 3/4 of the container, sometimes they fill it. It would be nice if they delivered it full every time. Definitely recommend dining at the location though.
