Shipley's is the best donut spot in Houston, in Texas, and it's a shame if they don't have them in the rest of the country (but I'm cool with not sharing anyway). Just the plain glazed donut illustrates their superiority, not to mention the kolaches.

The glazed donuts were fresh and warm this time which was a huge win! The sausage kolache was old though, it had probably been sitting for a while.

The Filled Bar was super dry but the Filled Donuts (Each) were amazing, I didn't like the chocolate cream because it was like chocolate frosting but the rest were 100%

My chocolate filled donut was hallow without any filling. The glazed donuts were old and not fresh. Looks like the apple fritter recipe has changed as well. Not too happy!

I ordered my donuts at 2:00pm, so I wasn't surprised that they were stale. But I ordered 2 marshmallow crème-filled donuts. Instead of a powdered-sugar covered donut with fluffy marshmallow filling, I got a granulated-sugar covered donut with watery, tasteless creme filling. Yuck!!!
