This store brings shame to the shipley's name. It's not the food, it's the employees and their poor work ethic. This store is constantly out of most stuff on the menu and the "donuts" you do get are cold, small and the glaze is always melted off.

The filled donut was not fully cooked, it was still raw and they sold it like that. I will start going elsewhere. The bread on the Shipley Bold with Cheese & Jalapeño Kolache was hard as a rock. I'm done with this place.

Their donuts are typically very big and warm- they were super small for some reason and very deformed haha but still tasted good

Bread was hard and dry, no Sausage with Cheese & Jalapeño Kolache inside. It's been like this twice. Sent incorrect items the previous order. Would not recommend and wont eat again.
