Worst things ive ever eaten. Sausage & Cheese Kolache were burnt and did NOT look the same. I've had many Shipleys. This is by far the worst. The donut Classic Glazed Do-Nut Holes tasted like chemicals.

I paid for two filled donuts that were DRY inside, NO FILLING AT ALL. The glazed donuts and the chocolate glazed had almost no glazed toppings. Shipley's is usually great but this order was disappointing and a waste of money..

Shipleys donuts always does a great job I would definitely recommend and reorder again the donuts are fresh and warm and the portion size is great

This isn't the Shipley Donut quality that I used to experience years ago. I haven't had them since I've moved back here but based on this experience, I'm not sure I'd order them again. The best thing was the Apple Fritter although it doesn't look that appealing. The Filled Bar Crème was beyond sad when it got to me & could have fit in the box or been switched w/something else but I could look beyond that if they'd have tasted fresh. They weren't all the same. The strawberry iced glazes seemed to have been the freshest but the glazed even seemed to have been old. I make sure when I get donuts the place hasn't been open long & they hadn't even been open an hour when I placed my order. Please tell me you guys aren't making these ahead! There's nothing worse when you're craving a hot, fresh, melt in your mouth donut & what you get is so hard you have to squeeze it to make a dent in it or crack the glaze. Also, the white sugar donut in the picture makes you think it's powdered sugar but it isn't. It's granulated sugar on a donut. The picture on their menu via door dash is VERY misleading.

i love Shipley's Donuts I ordered two glazed, two chocolate iced, and two maples. they were all very delicious tho the only thing I can complain about is that I got a chocolate iced cake donut which I didn't ask for but I can assume that the ran out of the regular chocolate plus I love the maple donuts but they're always so sugary wish they were a little less sweet.
