Sausage & Cheese Kolache are always fresh and Vanilla Cappuccino is always hot. definitely my go to for breakfast

The best donut at Shipley's is the "BULLSEYE", but it's not on their Door Dash menu. I tried to indicate in my instructions that I was trying to order that, but they were either not read at all or ignored. The bullseye is chocolate iced donut with cream in the center and sprinkles on top. It's great and a favorite since I was a little girl. I don't understand why they don't feature these on their menu. Shipley's is nostalgic for me, but I wish they would elevate their menu just a bit. That being said, I like them better than any other random donut place for the most part because they consistently have the same taste and know their flavors. I like the sausage better on the regular kolache opposed to the "premium" one, but wish the outside breaking was softer and had more filling. Shipley's Kolaches are very empty inside after you take your first bite. It's like a skinny wiener with barely any jalapeño or cheese on a cave of stale bread. Because of the nostalgia that I get from Shipley's though, I will continue to order their sub par Kolaches and donuts when needed. Chocolate iced, cherry iced, sugar white, chocolate cream filled, and white cream filled are good (because of the white cream!) If they had bullseye in the menu, I would be a happy girl without complaint.

Blueberry Glazed Cake didn't have glaze (second time this has happened recently). Also ordered a Strawberry Iced with Sprinkles Cake and it's not a cake donut-
$.92 in credit isnt going to cut it for $6 in donuts.

They are almost always out of which ever half dozen box of kolaches I order. I just know I am getting a phone call from the door dasher to ask me about substitutions when I order from this shipley's. The coffee is consistently luke warm when I get it. It's like they make the coffee as soon as the order is received and then it sits there waiting until the rest of the order is complete. And each time the dasher has had to call me, I can hear them communicating with the store employee about what substitutions they have and the employees are always really confused about their own inventory and it gets confusing for all 3 of us. I don't bother leaving bad reviews most of the time, but this place sucks.

The inside of the cinnamon twist was raw?? Kolaches were meh. Glazed donuts were wrapped so tight that most of the icing came off. Filled donut had almost no cream. The bacon, egg, & cheese kolache was fine and the chocolate donut still had 1/4 of the icing on it after being shoved upside down, so I'll take those two wins I guess. Jokes aside, completely unacceptable.
