I used to live in the Dallas/Ft Worth area and absolutely loved their kolache and donuts. I was super excited when they were announced for Vienna. The wait was worth it. Shipley Bold & Cheese Kolaches, their coffee, and donuts are worth my 20 minute drive to get them.

First time patron and after the first bite of my bacon, egg & cheese kolache. I knew I was in deep trouble of eating too many at one sitting which of course I did! It is clear that the fluffiness of the bread is what makes whatever filling you choose to taste like doughy magic!

Honestly, my family and I were craving something sweet and saw that this place had just opened, so we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, when our donuts were delivered, they were pretty hard, almost like they had been sitting out for a while. They also left a strange aftertaste in our mouths.
I’m honestly really disappointed that we decided to try something new and ended up not enjoying it. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place, and we won’t be ordering from here again.
