The kolaches were fantastic and so was the coffee. This shop made my day! I have been in quarantine for a week, I felt a little better so I ordered a light breakfast from Shipley's. They really went the extra mile. They gave me heaps of cream and sugar for my coffee, plenty of napkins and even through in an extra kolache. (You guys are awesome and your food is wonderful!)

I made a delivery order of half a dozen donuts, each of a different flavor. Ordered at 4:50pm right before they closed at 5pm. I felt bad about ordering right before close, but when a craving strikes you gotta listen!!! When I got my order, I opened the box and to my surprise... I had been given a full dozen donuts instead of half a dozen. Two of each flavor I had wanted. And I didn't have to pay any extra for it. I don't know who did it, but whoever it was thank you so so much!!! That was a wonderful surprise:)

Its been a while since Ive been to shipley's but last time I got a half dozen and they were all face to face in a short box. Today, I received them, and they were all side by side. Nothing squashed. The chocolate iced were all pretty. It was nice to get donuts that were not squashed in a overly small box to make you think that you are receiving bigger donuts that need to be packed in.

Got the wrong kolache, was supposed to be jalapeño and cheese and got a plain sausage. The iced coffee was all creamer. The donuts were all smashed together and the wax paper had frosting stuck to it. This is the second time I have gotten a bad order from Shipleys.

I ordered these later in the day but the kolaches as well as the donut holes were extremely stale, it felt like they made them hours before. I expected fresh hot donuts from an establishment that only sells donuts and kolaches
