The sour fish soup I enjoyed. however, the S4. Hot & Sour Chicken Gizzard 酸辣鸡胗was one of the worst things I've ever ordered. Gizzards are tough and rubbery unless well cooked. They were tough and chewy and after a few bites threw the entire dish away.
