No cheese bag for the 4-way again, this happens often, ordered chili sandwich and got cheese coneys. This store stinks.

Being generous giving this food 2 stars, only out of respect for being recommended this place by Big Kenney & John Rich. Chili Cheese Fries were soggy, slimmey, and way too loaded with cheese. Chilito was alright, but this is not my kind of Chili.. Not a fan of the flavor of the Chilli here at all. Not trying to offend the good people of Cincinnati or this establishment, and I say this out of total honesty.. but with all due respect I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know and I'll never try it again. On a positive note though, as for service they were very timely!
