• 23-09-18Best meal I've had since getting back from Miami, and that was easily 5X the cost. The tri-tip was sweet and delicious, the baked potato perfect, and the grilled asparagus absolutely on point. I cant wait to try the ribs.

• 24-02-20food was nice and hot (with cold items in a separate bag!). portions were bigger than expected, great value for the price on the Tri-Tip And Ribs* combo :) i ordered medium well and it was nice and moist and just a tiny bit pink which is just what i wanted. the glaze on the ribs was a bit spicier than the one on the steak, but not unpleasantly hot, just peppery mostly. the cheddar mashed potatoes have a good cheddar flavor without being too claggy or dry. and the BJ's Hot Fudge Brownie Pizookie ® is easily enough to share between two or three people. definitely cant finish it myself. the soda comes in a BIG cup (30 oz i think) for just 2 dollars :)

• 23-09-06The Classic Rib-Eye* was perfectly cooked. I asked for it medium rare and they got the point just right. The asparagus was also amazing, crispy and overall just very good. I highly recommend this restaurant.

• 24-05-07My first experience dining with Slo Roast. The ribs were a little dry, but the taste was fantastic. The tri-tip was out of this world delish. I had asparagus, mashed potatoes and awesome brussels sprouts and a small Caesar salad. I'll definitely be ordering from here more often when I'm in Charlottesville.

• 25-10-19Food quality was nowhere near with the cost. The ribeye was tough with a lot of inedible/ hard to chew gristle. Asparagus was soggy and overcooked
