SMASH is a fast-casual burger spot from the team behind Glen Ellen Star and Stella, serving smashed burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, crispy fries, and shakes in a laid-back Sonoma setting.
“Nashville” Hot Fried Chicken Sando, Bacon Single Smash, Vanilla Dream, and Crispy Tater Tots. All items were solid 8-8.5/10. Bacon seemed deep fried and cooked not to the order. That could just be my senses being off, but it seemed cooked in bulk at an earlier time. Burger was nice and warm bacon was cool. The bread was the best part along with the Side Ranch. My wife loved the “Nashville” Hot Fried Chicken Sando however I think Dave's is better overall. Great food. Would eat here again.

This was my first order from Smash and I was impressed! the “Nashville” Hot Fried Chicken Sando was spicy and delicious and the Bacon Smash was above my expectations. I ordered the burger with avocado and they did not gohold back! the Natural Cut Fries were crispy and tasty. I think I just found my new favorite burger in Sonoma!

Tha Nashville “Nashville” Hot Fried Chicken Sando was missing the ranch. The bacon on the burger was too hard and the size of the burger is too small for the price. I prefer Lous Louncheonette instead great flavor and consistency.

The Single Smash is a good sized cheeseburger. The kind you need after a day of wine tasting or to shake one off the next day.
I would not get the “Nashville” Hot Fried Chicken Sando again. It's too sloppy because the chicken isn't crispy enough to survive that level of sauce bath.

highly recommend adding za'atar to your fries or tots it was soo good. their house ranch is amazing, never had a ranch quite like it. burger was fantastic. 10/10
