My first time and it will not be my last! The only I wish was that they filled my fries up. I got a large fry it was half filled. The TRUFFLE MUSHROOM SWISS BURGER and LARGE SMASHFRIES® were incredible flavor wise!!!!

Incredibly inconsistent quality. Sometimes it's great, but then there are times like today. Nearly ten dollars each for cold hot dogs with a single spoonful of cold chili and a small sprinkle of unmelted shredded cheese on top. Absolutely wild. I've given this place so many chances, but it's just too inconsistent. And when it's bad, it's inedible. I'd recommend passing unless you are dining in store and can remedy issues.

Half full cup of chili was disappointing because that and sweet potato fries was what I had for dinner. Order arrived cold but I can't blame the store for that. Other items were good even after quick microwaving.

the chocolate shake tastes nothing like chocolate. not sure what that was, but I would never order it again especially because of the price.
the smash fries are loaded with oil. to much oil. all I taste is oil.
burgers are always good.

it's chocolate syrup with vanilla ice cream that's a black n white
just doesn't taste the same as chocolate ice cream
not worth it!
