Best crispy chicken I've ever had and I don't usually order chicken sandwiches. The Cobb salad was okay, just a little skimpy on the shredded cheese. I must have missed the option for salad dressing and they didn't think yo through in a ranch! Ha ha

to begin- smash fries were awesome. both our burgers had no veggies or condiments that we ordered (and some we were charged for!)! we got a double bacon double smash burger- there was a pinky sized amount of bacon on the whole burger (again, no lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles etc that we ordered and paid extra for). also jalepen burger- nothing but cheese and jalepenos. highly disappointed

SmashBurger did us a solid tonight when our driver took off with our burgers. They immediately remade our food and had it delivered in minutes. It was delicious as always and gave me faith in the system again. I have never had this issue with DoorDash before but SmashBurger made it right. They have made lifetime customers of me and my family! Thank you so much!!!

Burger was way to salty it was so salty that I could only a small portion of it
Tots only fair. They left a funky after taste not pleasant. Maybe bad cooking oil or offending seasoning.
I would not choose this brand again

I ordered for 4 people, and each burger was different. I fully expected something to be wrong. Not only was it 100% correct, but they labeled each burger! I am so impressed! Everything tasted great and was fresh.
