Less guilt because Snake River Ranch/Double R beef more humanely raised than others

Have ordered/ dined in numerous times but TODAY, the steak tips were half the portion (tiny cuts) for both orders. The onion rings were MASSIVELY OVERBREADED than usual (the breading thick/dense like bricks).  Did you change the chefs, or were there new staff in kitchen not trained properly? It was unlike any other Smith &Wolensky we've had over the number of years. It was quite sad.

FOOD IS SO DELISH OMG!! Even after being delivered it is still warm and fresh! Portion sizes are decent (even though it's pretty expensive) but totally worth it!!
