Ive ordered so any times from here and for its always great,today. Im appalled by what i received the bagel w Lox and Cream Cheese that i paid extrafor to change the cream cheese cane w little to no cream cheese and barely two thin slices of lox. They are normally very on point with this so i cant believe what ive received today.
On top of it all they have all of these option for bagels and they dont follow instructions they ask youtoo fill out. I.e: scooped and toasted.
Not to mention the items in my order I didn't receive.

Avocado omelette was ok, avocado a bit bruised, dark. The plain bagel was good, warm, seem fresh but the fruit cup is second time I receive not fresh, a bit slimy, smelled funny too.

The bacon isnt crispy, more like ham. Also ordered sesame for the Eggs & Cheese sandwich and got plain, making for a bland tasteless meal
