The chicken tenders are HUGE! Crispy, not soggy and not greasy. I had been craving fried chicken and the tenders took care of that.

My my my, I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness and the perfectly fried white chicken. Baked beans and coleslaw were perfectly prepared, but what really struck me with awe was how neatly organized the order was in the Smithfield chicken bag. Not to mention the dasher who was exceptionally friendly, professional and patient. Grateful that I chose Smithfield chicken's N Barbecue in Clayton.

I have ordered the 5 Piece Tender Box many times because it's always been delicious and juicy nice size tenders., however this time the order was terrible:(
The tenders were dry and small and did not meet the standards that I have enjoyed from Smithfield BBQ Chicken for so many years..
Very disappointing:(

Smithfield's is always a great choice for a last minute dinner idea. The chicken is Southern style, the barbecue is good (barbecue is subjective to taste so it never hursts to add your favorite sauce, especially if it is vinegar based :)- ). The hushpuppies are on point, and the sides are always good, the Brunswick Stew is a meal in itself!!

Hot, fresh, and delicious. Chicken was crispy and juicy. Cole slaw was creamy and baked beans were full of meat and just the right amount of sweet!
