Definitely fresh food. I have had dining experience and had a take out. Quality , taste and freshness is consistent. Portion is good enough for one person for a few items and some can actually be shared. Loved their Litti chokha, authentic filling with tangy chutney. Their butter masala curry is so fresh and uniquely flavoured.

Spinach Penne Arrabbiatta (GF) was overseasoned and overpriced. It came in a little appetizer box and definitely not worth $23.
Protein Bomb (16GM Protein) aka Litti Chokha was appropriately priced, but the taste was meh.
